We have just returned from our first trip to Vietnam organised by Van Do. It was a 14 day Cultural Highlights tour which involved a lot of traveling and co-ordination by Van. Delighted to say it went without a hitch. The hotels Van chose for us were perfect. Four star modern facilities, ideally located for us to explore each city on our own and all with a Vietnamese sense of style.

We have never used tour guides so extensively before and I have to say that Snow, Steve(Tran) and Jayden were superb. They all really knew the historical and cultural facts and there was no question that they could not answer. The advice they gave us on eating venues and places to explore on our own was spot on. They were very attentive to our requirements and tailored days when we were tiring. On our last few days Jayden took us early to the tunnels to avoid the crowds, organised Hammocks for us on the long day at the Mekong Delta and amused my (18 year old) by having a Karaoke session on the car journey. Snow took him for his first experience at bargaining and Steve found me the perfect shop to buy some tailor made dresses. At the end of our time with them we felt we had got to know some very nice, smart and interesting Vietnamese locals who shared their personalities and love of Vietnam with us.
