If making a booking with us, additional information will be required for operational reasons.

If you have registered to receive communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distributions lists. Our e-newsletter gives you the option to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can contact us via email.
Who views your information?
Luxury Cruise Mekong may disclose personal information to other members within the company where necessary to fulfill our purposes.

In order to ensure our websites are relevant and appropriate to the majority of users, anonymous click-stream information is collected from every visitor. In addition to providing travel-related services, Luxury Cruise Mekong utilizes the services of third-party companies, such as interactive marketing agencies, market researchers, and email service providers, to help us with marketing and promoting this website. These third parties are explicitly forbidden from using personally identifiable information for any purposes other than those specified by Luxury Cruise Mekong. We do share non-personally identifiable information with certain service providers for their use on an aggregated basis to fulfill their contractual obligations to us. We do not allow the sale of personally identifiable information.
